摘　　要：在总结高技术企业R&D人力资本特点及其投资特性基础上,分析人力资本投资所面临的技术性风险、产品研发时效性风险、R&D人员及团队流失风险等,并从约束和激励等方面提出相应的控制策略和建议。This study analyzes risks of R＆D human capital investment in hi - tech enterprises based on the characteristics of R＆D human capital and its specialty of investment. There are seven risks including technical risks, validity and time - bound risks of products R＆D, the turnover risks of R＆D personnel and teams, and so on. Then we put forward some control measures and suggestions correspondingly from the aspects of restriction and motivation.
