摘　　要：从企业技术创新的生命周期出发,分析技术创新不同阶段的特点,针对技术创新的不同阶段,建立相匹配的融资模式,从而节约融资成本,提高企业资金的优化配置,缩短创新周期,使企业持续创新,不断发展。The dissertation, starting from the life cycle of technological innovation of enterprise, analyzes the characteristics of different stages of technological innovation and establishes the matching financial mode in order to save financing costs, improve the allocation of funds of business, shorten the innovation cycle and enable enterprises to constantly innovate and develop continuously.
