摘 要:[目的]探讨肺癌组织中MMP-9和VEGF的表达与肺癌血管生成的关系及其意义。[方法]采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测84例肺癌组织中MMP-9、VEGF和CD34的表达。[结果]肺癌组织MMP-9和VEGF表达显著高于癌旁正常肺组织(P﹤0.01)。小细胞肺癌和腺癌MMP-9表达高于鳞癌(P﹤0.01)。肺癌MMP-9表达有淋巴结转移者高于无淋巴结转移者(P﹤0.01),Ⅲ和Ⅳ期高于Ⅰ和Ⅱ期(P﹤0.05)。肺癌MMP-9表达阳性者微血管密度高于MMP-9表达阴性者(P﹤0.01)。肺癌VEGF表达有淋巴结转移者高于无淋巴结转移者(P﹤0.05),Ⅲ和Ⅳ期高于Ⅰ和Ⅱ期(P﹤0.05)。肺癌VEGF表达阳性者微血管密度高于肺癌VEGF表达阴性者(P﹤0.01)。肺癌MMP-9和VEGF的表达呈正相关(P﹤0.05)。[结论]MMP-9和VEGF促进肺癌血管生成,与肺癌侵袭转移密切相关。[Objective]To investigate the relationship of MMP-9 and VEGF expression with angiogenesis in lung carcinoma tissue and its significance.[Methods]The expressions of MMP-9,VEGF and CD34 were detected in 84 lung carcinoma tissues by immunohistochemical method.[Results]The expressions of MMP-9 and VEGF in lung carcinoma tissues were significantly higher than that in para-cancerous normal lung tissues(P﹤0.01).Small cell lung cancer and adenocarcinoma had higher MMP-9 expression than squamous cell carcinoma(P﹤0.01).The expression of MMP-9 was significantly higher in lung carcinomas with lymph node metastasis than in lung carcinomas without lymph node metastasis(P﹤0.01),was significantly higher in stage-Ⅲ and-Ⅳ tumors than in stage-Ⅰ and-Ⅱ tumors(P﹤0.05).MVD was significantly higher in lung carcinomas with MMP-9 expression positive than in lung carcinomas with MMP-9 expression negative(P﹤0.01).The expression of VEGF was significantly higher in lung carcinomas with lymph node metastasis than in lung carcinomas without lymph node metastasis(P﹤0.05),was significantly higher in stage-Ⅲ and-Ⅳ tumors than in stage-Ⅰ and-Ⅱ tumors(P﹤0.05).MVD was significantly higher in lung carcinomas with VEGF expression positive than in lung carcinomas with VEGF expression negative(P﹤0.01).The expression of MMP-9 positively correlated with that of VEGF in lung carcinomas(P﹤0.05).[Conclusion]MMP-9 and VEGF can improve the neovascularization of lung carcinoma.MMP-9 and VEGF expressions are closely correlated with invasion and metastasis of lung carcinoma.
