摘 要:本文首先介绍了医用血管支架的应用背景及其实验研究现状,在介绍和比较国内外研究成果的基础上,对血管支架生命周期各阶段进行了论述,重点分析了血管支架扩张过程及其特点;提出了LabVIEW下基于机器视觉技术的医用血管支架体外扩张实验的解决方案,详细讨论了构成该机器视觉实验系统的设备的选型与使用,以及该机器视觉系统的硬件和数据测量软件的构成与设计方案;在该机器视觉实验平台上对一特殊载药支架进行了实物扩张试验,并分析了实验结果。本文提出的血管内球囊扩张支架体外扩张实验的解决方案,为血管支架的优化设计及其扩张过程的计算机有限元模拟提供有力的实验支持。The application background and experimental research overview of medical endovascular stent were presented in this paper.Based on the analytical comparison of the current research achievements,the life cycle of medical endovascular stent was pointed out and the characteristics of stent expansion process in the life cycle were emphasized on.The experimental scheme of in vitro stent expansion based on the machine vision technology in LabVIEW was presented.The selection and usage of the chosen component devices and design of measurement program for experiment were expatiated.A special drug-loading stent was expanded on the assembled platform of selected equipments and experimental results were analyzed.The experimental scheme presented in the paper provides powerful experimental support for the optimization of stent design and computer simulation of stent expansion process by the finite element analysis.
