STAT3在结直肠腺瘤性息肉与腺癌中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨结直肠腺瘤性息肉及腺癌组织中STAT3的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组化MaxVisionTM法检测80例正常肠粘膜、100例结直肠腺瘤性息肉和80例腺癌组织中STAT3的表达,并分析结直肠腺瘤性息肉组织中STAT3的表达与临床病理特征的关系。结果:STAT3在正常肠粘膜、结直肠腺瘤性息肉和腺癌组织中的阳性表达率依次增强,且均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。在结直肠腺瘤性息肉组织中,STAT3的表达率在直径≥2cm的息肉高于直径<1cm的息肉,重度不典型增生的息肉高于轻度不典型增生的息肉,左半结肠的息肉高于右半结肠的息肉(P<0.01),其表达与年龄、性别无关(P>0.05)。结论:STAT3可能是结直肠腺瘤性息肉发展及癌变过程中的重要促进因子,对于预测结直肠腺瘤性息肉的癌变可能性及化学干预有重要意义。Objective： To investigate the expression and significance of STAT3 in colorectal adenomatous polyp and adenocarcinoma tissues.Methods： Immunohistochemical MaxVisionTM method was used to examine the expressions of STAT3 in 80 normal colorectal mucosa tissues,100 colorectal adenomatous polyp tissues and 80 adenocarcinoma tissues.The relationship between the expression of STAT3 and the clinicopathological parameters in colorectal adenomatous polyp tissues was analyzed.Results： The positive expression rates of STAT3 in normal colorectal mucosa tissues,colorectal adenomatous polyp tissues and adenocarcinoma tissues were strengthened in turn,and there were significant difference among them（P0.01）.Among the colorectal adenomatous polyp tissues,there was a higher expression rate of STAT3 for the polyps with diameter ≥2cm than that with diameter 1cm.The expression rate of the polyps with severe atypical hyperplasia was higher than that with mild atypical hyperplasia.The expression rate of polyps in left hemicolon was higher than that in right hemicolon（P0.01）.No significant differences were found between STAT3 expression and such factors as age and gender（P0.05）.Conclusions： STAT3 may be a important stimulative factor in the progression of colorectal adenomatous polyp and colorectal cancer.It has important significance for predicting adenomatous polyposis canceration and chemical interfering canceration progress.
