卡培他滨单药治疗老年转移性乳癌的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察希罗达(卡培他滨)单药治疗老年转移性乳癌的临床疗效及毒副反应。方法:21例老年女性晚期、转移性乳癌患者,其中4例患者为一线治疗,17例患者既往曾接受过蒽环类药物及紫杉类药物治疗,采用卡培他滨单药口服。结果:21例患者中有CR为1例,PR 6例,SD 9例,PD 5例,总有效率为33.3%,临床获益率为76.2%。中位缓解期为4.6个月,中位生存期为12.6个月。主要不良反应为手足综合征、腹泻及骨髓抑制,其他有乏力、口腔黏膜反应及胆红素升高。结论:希罗达在治疗体能状态偏差老年转移性乳癌各种方案中,希罗达表现出良好的疗效及可耐受性。Objective：To evaluate the effeetive and climical observation of Xelado in the older relapsed and mestastatic breast cancer.Methods：4 patients of them were the first treatment with in the older relapsed and mestastatic breast cancer,the others were the second or tirth treatment,capecitabine as a single drug were given.Result：Among those 21 patients there was only one complete response,Rate of partial response 6,Stable disease 9,progressive disease 5,The respmise rate was 33.3% and elinical benefit response（CR＋PR＋SD） 76.2%,mendium response time 4.6 monthes,mendium survival time 12.6 monthes.The common adverse reactions were vomiting,hand-foot syndrome anti marrow suppcression,Fatigve,stomatitis were in Some and taral bilirubin mild elevation occurred in a few patients.Conclusion：Xelado is an effective drug for the older relapsed and meslaslatic breast cancer,But has nlild adverse reactions,Xelado is well tolerated.
