蒙药玉簪花的体外抑菌活性研究

摘　　要：目的：研究玉簪花提取物的体外抑菌效果。方法：采用平皿钢管法对玉簪花的不同萃取部位进行抑菌实验研究。结果：乙酸乙酯和正丁醇萃取部位对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌、痢疾杆菌有一定程度的抑菌活性。结论：玉簪花提取物有抑菌作用。Objective： To study antibacterial activities of H. plantaginea extract in vitro. Methods： By the Steel pipe method, the different extracts were determined. Results：Ethyl acetate soluble fractions of the plant and n - butyl alcohol soluble fractions of the plant have a certain degree of antimicoobial activies to the five kinds of bacterias（Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus cremoris, pseudomonas aeruginosa. Escherichia roll, Shigella dysenteriae）. Conclusion：H. plantaginea extract has antimicrobial effect.
