摘　　要：文章分析了无氰预镀铜的研究现状,提出了新型无氰预镀溶液配方、配制、维护与工艺方法,并介绍了实际应用效果与工艺特性。This paper analyzes the research status of pre-plating copper without cyanogens,proposes the formula,preparation, maintenance and technical method of the new pre-plating solution without cyanogens, and introduces it＇s practical application effect and technological characteristics.
