摘  要:目的:研究功能矫形前伸青春期大鼠下颌对颞肌后份Na+/K+-ATPase功能活性的影响。方法:选用5周龄雄性SD大鼠40只,随机分为7个实验组及1个对照组,实验组大鼠佩戴可摘式上颌斜面导板功能矫治器。在不同的时间段,分别测定大鼠颞肌后份Na+/K+-ATPase功能活性。结果:在佩戴矫治器第3d、第7d颞肌后份Na+泵功能活性显著升高,之后呈下降趋势,第28d、42d,颞肌后份Na+/K+-ATPase功能活性显著降低。结论:矫治器戴用的不同时段使Na+泵活性先升高后降低,可能是由于建立了新的牙合关系,使下颌后收肌活动减弱。Objective: To investigate the changes of Na+/K+-ATPase in functional mandibular protrusion in posterior portions of temporalis of juvenile rats.Methods: 40 days old,male Sprague-Dawley rats were selected.They were randomly divided into 7 experimental groups(5 rats each) and 1 control group(5 rats).In the experimental groups,removable functional appliances were used to create forward mandibular advancement.The rats were dead after 1,3,7,21,28,and 42 days.The posterior portions of temporalis of each rats were collected for Na+/K+-ATPase activity analysis.Results: The Na+/K+-ATPase activity in posterior portions of temporalis increased in 3rd and 7th day,On day 28 and 42,it was significant decreased.Conclusions: The Na+/K+-ATPase enzyme activity in posterior portions of temporalis increased firstly and then decreased.Maybe it's due to the relax of posterior portions of temporalis induced by mandibular postural changes.
