摘 要:目的:探讨和比较含钛的镍铬合金和纯钛烤瓷冠切缘抗折力。方法:按临床方法由同一代型分别制作大小一致的含钛的镍铬合金和纯钛前牙烤瓷冠各15个,测定其切缘瓷折裂时的抗力。结果:含钛的镍铬合金烤瓷冠切缘抗折力972N,纯钛烤瓷冠切缘抗折力902N。差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:纯钛烤瓷冠切缘抗折力与含钛的镍铬合金烤瓷冠的抗折力相近,两者都远远超过正常咬合力值,能满足临床要求。Objective: To investigate and compare the metal-ceramics fracture resistance of the Ni-Cr alloy containing Titanium and Titanium.Method: Measured the fracture force of porcelain on incisive edge of 15 anterior metal-ceramic crowns of Ni-Cr alloy containing Titanium and 15 of Titanium,which were fabricated according to clinical technology from the same die.Result: The mean fracture force of Ni-Cr alloy containing Titanium and Titanium is 972N and 902N.They have no significant difference(P 0.05).Conclusion: The metal-ceramic fracture resistance of Titanium is similar to that of Ni-Cr alloy containing Titanium,but still far exceed normal occlusal forces,that could be meet the clinical requirement.
