正畸治疗在先天性牙缺失患者修复前的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨正畸治疗在先天性牙缺失患者美容修复中的临床疗效。方法:选择先天性恒牙缺失的患者15例,综合制定治疗方案后,先进行正畸治疗,集中缺失间隙,纠正错牙合畸形,然后行固定桥修复缺牙间隙。结果:经过3年的治疗和术后观察,采用修复前正畸治疗的先天性牙缺失患者治疗后未出现基牙移位或松动,基牙龈缘健康,患者表示满意。结论:修复前正畸治疗能最大程度保护余留牙健康,获得良好的美观和功能疗效。Objective： To evaluate the effect of application of orthodontics before fixed bridge restoration of patients with congenital anodontia.Methods： 15 cases were included（12 females and 3 males） aged from 18 to 31.They were treated with orthodontices and then restored with fixed bridge.The treatment plan was determined together by the orthodontical and prosthodontcial doctors and orthondontical therapy was carried out firstly.The fissure was concentrated and malocclu-sion was corrected.Finally,fixed bridges were restrored in denture.Results： During 3-year therapeutic and observation period,none abutment was loose or moved.The periodontal condition of abutments was healthy without gingivitis sign.All of the patients felt satisfactory.Conclusion： Combination treatment of orthodontics and prosthodontics has the advantages of tooth tissue conservation,aesthetic effect and masticulatory function.
