摘　　要：本文从我国大学生德育工作面临的主要问题入手,提出了在现阶段大学生德育工作中树立以人为本德育理念的必要性和紧迫性,在分析从事大学生德育工作的意义和原则的基础上阐明了在大学生德育工作中树立以人为本理念的总体构想和实践要求。Starting with the main problems in the moral education of college students,this article proposed the necessity and urgency of setting people-oriented work in students moral education at this stage.On the basis of analysis of the significance and moral basis of the principles,it expounded the practice and the overall concept of establishing people-oriented work philosophy in the moral education.
