摘　　要：本文从高职学生就业能力出发,分析了当前高职毕业生的就业现状,进而提出了提高高职毕业生就业能力的途径。This article,from the employment of the ability of higher vocational students,analyzed the employment status of higher vocational college graduates,and pointed out how to improve employment ability of higher vocational college graduates.
