摘　　要：随着知识经济时代的到来,教育的地位日益提高,对教师的素质要求越来越高,同时,教师的压力也越来越大,一些教师出现了不同程度的心理健康问题。本文主要就教师的心理健康现状及原因进行了分析,并提出了解决教师心理健康的具体对策。With arrival of knowledge economy era and gradually enhancement of the education status,the teacher＇s quality is requested higher and higher.While the teacher＇s pressure becomes larger and larger, accordingly in some extent it results in the teacher＇s psychological health problems.This article lays emphasis on the analysis of current conditions and causes of the teacher＇s psychological health,and then puts forward the counter measurements of solving these problems.
