摘 要:在内蒙古土默川地区,以紫花白为材料,在不同栽培施肥条件下,采用二年多点田间试验与化学分析、生物统计相结合的方法,对马铃薯锌素吸收分配规律进行了研究。结果表明,在有效锌含量较高的土壤上,马铃薯全株锌含量从苗期57.0mg kg-1下降到收获期28.4mg kg-1。各器官全生育期平均含量依次为茎49.8 mg kg-1,叶44.3mg kg-1,块茎27.3 mg kg-1。随着生育期的推进,全株和茎、叶中锌素吸收量变化可用一元三次式模拟,块茎吸收量变化可用Logistic方程定量地表达。全株锌素最快吸收期出现在块茎形成期,最快吸收速率出现在出苗后50d。块茎锌素最快吸收期是块茎增长期,最快吸收速率出现在出苗后70d。出苗后50d前后是喷施锌肥的关键时期。随着生长中心由茎叶向块茎的转移,锌在块茎中的分布逐步上升,收获期锌的运转率63%。每生产1 000kg薯块需吸收锌5.3g~12.9g,马铃薯锌的消耗系数在0.002 1~0.005 2。A field experiment was conducted in Tumochuan plain,Inner Mongolia,to investigate the absorption and distribution of zinc in potato(cv.Zihuabai) plants.Results indicated that zinc concentration in potato plants decreased from 57.0 mg kg-1 at seedling stage to 28.4 mg kg-1 at harvesting in a soil of high available zinc content.Average concentration of zinc in stem,leaf and tuber were 49.8,44.3 and 27.3 mg kg-1,respectively,in while growth stage.With the growth stages advance,the relationships were fitted by simple cubic equation.But the accumulation of zinc in tuber was indicated by Logistic equation.The maximum of zinc absorption rate in potato plants accumulation amount in tubes occurred at 50 d and 70 d,respectively.Furthermore,the critical stage of foliar application of zinc was about 50 d after emergence.With the growth center shifting from stems and leaves to the tubers,distribution of zinc in the tubers gradually increased.63% zinc of total in plant transferred to the tube at harvesting.The uptake amount of zinc in 1000 kg tube varied between 5.3 and 12.9 g.The consumption coefficient ranged from 0.0021 to 0.0052.
