摘　　要：我国目前建立在党政联席会基础上的高校二级学院领导管理体制,虽然一定程度上解决了党政分工等老大难问题,但还存在学科建设与人才培养分离、教学与学工不能有机统一,科层制下学术权力的边缘化等系列问题。解决这些问题的一个可能途径就是将学科嵌入到当前高校二级学院领导管理体制架构中,实现学科的建制化,建立基于学科的扁平化矩阵式高校二级学院领导管理体制。Though the leadership management system of associate college of the university based on party and government joint committee has partly solved the chronic problem of division of work of party and government,there are some problems,such as the separation of discipline constructon from talent traing,double track of teaching work and student management,the marginalization of academic power under breaucracy.It is the possible path to solve these problems that the leadership management system of associate college of the university should be constructed on the discipline organization.
