摘　　要：目的总结高原震后卫生学问题,采取相应对策,为突发自然灾害后卫勤保障提供参考。方法结合灾区和指挥部实际情况,紧紧围绕环境卫生、生活饮用水卫生和食品卫生等开展卫生监督监测工作。结果通过加强卫生知识宣传和培训、对驻地环境、生活饮用水和食品卫生监督管理等一系列针对性措施,确保了指挥部各级各类人员的身体健康。结论针对高原震后卫生学问题,采取综合卫生监督措施,可以确保高原抗震救灾人员的身体健康。Objective To analyze the hygienic problems in plateau area after earthquake,take corresponding measures and provide evidence for the hygienic support after natural disaster.Methods Hygienic supervision on environment hygiene,drinking water quality and food safety was conducted for the headquarter located in quake hit area.Results The health of all people camped in the earthquake relief headquarter was protected by comprehensive interventions.Conclusion The health of the people engaged in disaster relief could be protected by taking comprehensive measures according to the characteristics of the hygienic problems after earthquake in plateau area.
