摘　　要：经济发展不仅要有需求不断增长的拉动，而且还要有产业结构和投资结构的合理化和高度化的推动。在传统的计划经济体制下，中央政府直接掌握着全社会的投资分配，产业结构和投资结构的变动主要受政府偏好的影响。在市场经济条件下，产业结构和投资结构的变动受市场需求的调节，优化产业结构和投资结构，必须通过优化需求结构来实现。文章从宏观和微观两个层面上考察了产业结构和投资结构的决定，同时还考察了开放条件下。Economic development requires not only pulling of continuous growth of aggregate demand, but also propelling of optimizing and upgrading the industrial structure and investment structure. Under the condition of a traditional planned system, central government controlled investment distribution directly, the changes of industrial structure and investment structure deeply affected by the government preferences. Under market economy circumstance, market demand adjusts industrial structure and investment structure, readjust and optimize industrial structure and investment structure should rely on optimizing market demand structure. This paper discusses determinants of industrial structure and investment structure from macroeconomic level and microeconomic level. Meanwhile, it inspects the influences of international trade and foreign investment on the domestic industrial structure and investment structure in an open economy.
