食管癌切除人工吻合术与机械吻合术的对比探讨

摘　　要：目的:比较食管癌切除人工吻合与机械吻合的疗效。方法:将行手术治疗的268例食管癌病例分为人工吻合组138例和机械吻合组130例,比较2组患者术后胃排空障碍、吻合口瘘、吻合口狭窄、手术时间及住院费用。结果:机械吻合组术后胃排空障碍、吻合口瘘发生率低于人工吻合组,手术时间明显缩短,住院费用高于人工吻合组,吻合口狭窄发生率无差异。结论:食管癌切除机械吻合术在预防术后胃排空障碍、吻合口瘘方面优于人工吻合术,手术时间短于人工吻合组,但住院费用明显增加。Objective：To compare the efficacy of artificial anastomosis and mechanical anastomosis in the surgical treatment of esophageal carcinoma. Methods：268 patients with esophageal cancer were divided into two groups：Artificial anastomosis 138 cases and mechanical anastomosis 130 cases.Compared gastric emptying obstacles、anastomotic leakage、anastomotic constriction、operative time and hospitalization expenses. Results：Gastric emptying obstacles and anastomotic leakage rate of mechanical anastomosis were lower than artificial anastomosis,operative time of mechanical anastomosis were reduced significantly,but hospitalization expenses are higher.anastomotic constriction rates of two groups were not different. Conclusion：Mechanical anastomosis is better than artificial anastomosis in preventing Gastric emptying obstacles and anastomotic leakage after surgery,operation time is shorter,expenses are higher.
