摘　　要：阐述了建立不安全事件通报系统的实践:正确分类和定义不安全事件;制定通报标准和流程;深入分析根本原因并建立数据库。系统的建立,提升了员工的主动通报意识,创造了分享经验和交流咨询的平台,营造了安全的就医环境,确保了患者安全。The paper discussed the establishment of effective incident reporting system and its effects. After establishment the system, the hospital raised awareness of staff to take the initiative and fill the hospital - wide database of medical unsafe events. The hospital formed a safe environment by encouraging unsafe incident reporting results, which created a platform for further medical treatment, and for sharing experiences and exchanging information.
