摘　　要：目的研究MMP-9和bcl-2在骨肉瘤中的表达及其与临床病理参数的关系,探讨二者在骨肉瘤发生发展中的作用。方法应用免疫组化(SP)对27例骨肉瘤组织和10例正常骨组织中的MMP-9和bcl-2蛋白进行定量的检测,结合临床资料进行分析。结果 1.MMP-9和bcl-2在骨肉瘤中表达的阳性率明显高于正常骨组织P<0.05)。2.MMP-9b、cl-2在骨肉瘤中表达无相关性(r=-0.209,P>0.05)。3.MMP-9及bcl-2表达与骨肉瘤病理参数的关系:MMP-9表达与软组织浸润有关(P<0.05),与性别、X线分类、组织学类型无关(P>0.05),bcl-2与软组织浸润、性别、X线分类、组织学类型均无关(P>0.05)。结论 MMP-9和bcl-2在骨肉瘤在骨肉瘤发生、发展和转移过程中起着重要的作用,与骨肉瘤的预后有关。Objective To study the expression of MMP-9 and bcl-2 of osteosarcoma,and the relationship between the expression of MMP-9 and bcl2 with the pathological permeters of osteosarcoma,then to explor their role in the occurrence and development of osteosarcoma.Methods The expression of MMP-9 and bcl-2 proteins was examined using immunohistochemical SP staining method in 27 cases of osteosarcoma and 10 cases of normal bone tissues.Results 1.The positive rate of MMP-9 and bcl-2 expressiong in osteosarcoma tissues was higher than in normai bone tissues（P0.05）;2.there have no correlation between MMP-9 and bcl-2（r=-0.209,P0.05）.3.The expression of MMP-9 was correlated with extends of soft tissue（P0.05）;and wasn＇t correlated with sex,osteosarcoma,s x-ray type and histological type（P0.05）;The expression of bcl-2 wasn＇t correlated with extends of soft tissue,sex,x-ray type and osteosarcoma,s histological type（P0.05）.Conclusion MMP-9 and bcl-2 play an important role in the occurrence development and the metastasis of osteosarcoma and have close relationship with its prognosis.
