摘 要:为了研究不同水平大蒜素对獭兔生产性能、消化道酶活性的影响,试验选用40~45 d龄獭兔80只,分别在日粮中添加大蒜素0(对照组),0.02%(处理1),0.04%(处理2),0.06%(处理3)。试验结果表明:处理2平均日增重较对照组高,差异显著(P<0.05),处理1、3高于对照组,差异不显著(P>0.05)。添加大蒜素,对促进獭兔生长和降低腹泻率有较好效果,同时提高了生长獭兔的饲料消化率,试验表明:添加0.04%大蒜素对獭兔生产性能有促进效果,同时肠道不同部位的pH值相比对照组有下降趋势,消化道酶活性相比对照组有升高趋势但差异不显著。Eighty rex rabbits with age in 40-50 days were divided into 4 groups to study the effect of additive allicin level(0,0.02%,0.04%,and 0.06%) to their production performance and serum biochemical index.Results showed that there was significant difference in daily gain between the group of 0.04% allicin and control(P〈0.05),but no significant difference in other two levels.Additive allicin could promote the growth,reduce diarrhea,and improve the feed digestibility for rex rabbits.Experiment indicated that 0.04% of additive allicin improved the production performance,but there was no significant effect on digestive enzyme activity on rex rabbits.
