摘 要:目的:探讨 Ag N O R 定量诊断和免疫细胞化学技术对浆膜腔转移性腺癌细胞的诊断价值。方法:应用 Ag N O R定量诊断和 C E A、 C K 及 V I M 免疫细胞化学技术对 56 例浆膜腔积液进行对比研究。结果:转移性腺癌细胞与间皮细胞之间的 Ag N O R 计数,颗粒形态及 C E A 和 V I M 的表达均有显著性差异,而且 Ag N O R 定量诊断与 C E A 表达呈线性正相关,与 V I M 表达呈线性负相关。结论: Ag N O R定量研究与 C E A 和 V I M 免疫细胞化学染色联合应用对浆膜腔转移性腺癌细胞的诊断及鉴别诊断有重要价值。Objective: This paper was to assess the value of AgNOR quantitative diagnosis and immunocytochemical techniques for detecting metastatic adenocarcinoma cells in serous fluid. Methods: We used AgNOR quantitative diagnosis and immunocytochemical techniques, including carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA), cytokeratin (CK) and vimentin (VIM) to determine the cells in serous fluid from 56 patients. Results: A marked difference occurred in both the count and granular shape of AgNOR as well as the expression of CEA and VIM between the metastatic adenocarcinoma cells and mesothelial cells. A positive linear correlation existed between quantitative diagnosis of AgNOR and the expression of CEA. A negative linear correlation exhibited between quantity diagnosis of AgNOR and the expression of VIM. Conclusion: Quantitative study of AgNOR and immunocytochemical staining including CEA and VIM were of great value in the diagnosis and the differential diagnosis of metastatic adenocarcinoma cells in serous fluid.
