从“被就业”到“自主创业的再兴起”——大学生就业难引起的就业力提升的思考

摘　　要：自2008年爆发全球性金融危机以来,大学生就业难一直成为民众关注的焦点。从2009年的"被就业"到2010年自主创业热潮的再兴起,折射出毕业生就业从被动到主动的转变。通过分析大学生就业难的原因,指出提高就业主体的就业能力才是走出困境的关键。Since the outbreak of the global financial crisis in 2008, the difficulty in college students＇ employment has been the focus of public concern. From ＂being employed＂ in 2009 to the boom of ＂the resurgence of being employed＂ in 2010, we can see that graduate employment is a transition from passive to active way. This article analyzes the causes of the difficulty of graduate employment, pointing out that the key out of the woods is to improve the employability of the main body of employment.
