基于创新型人才培养的产学研合作教育研究与实践

摘　　要：产学研合作教育对土木工程专业创新型人才培养发挥着重要作用。我国产学研合作教育模式主要有校企共建实践教学基地、共同组建研发中心、共建二级学院联合培养人才等。为培养土木工程专业创新型人才,常州工学院土木建筑工程学院借鉴国内外一些高校产学研合作教育教学模式的成功经验,结合地方高校特点,根据土木工程学科建设发展和社会对人才的需求情况,在产学研合作教育模式方面进行了深入探索,取得了较好的应用效果。Cooperative education plays an important role in training innovative personnel in civil engineering specialty. Chinese cooperative education model mainly includes that college and enterprise jointly build practice teaching base, set up research and development center, build a joint secondary college to train personnel and etc. In order to cultivate innovative talents of civil engineering specialty, the civil engineering college of Changzhou institute of technology learned some successful teaching experience of cooperative education in colleges and universities both at home and abroad. Combining with characteristics of local colleges, based on development of civil engineering discipline construction and social demand for talent, this article makes a profound study of cooperative education model and achieves good application results .
