摘　　要：农业推广硕士专业学位是一种新型专业性农科学位类型,正处于创新和发展阶段。对于如何实施管理办法和培养模式才能达到培养目标,很有必要结合实际情况,在实践中进行深入地探索和研究,以此就2002年开始的大连水产学院为保证和提高农业推广硕士的培养质量所进行的有益探索和实践经验进行了总结。Agricultural extension master degree, as a new kind of specialized agricultural degree type, is in innovation and development phase. For how to implement the management methods and training models in order to achieve the goal of training, it is necessary to make profound exploration and study in practice by combining with the actual situation. This paper makes a useful explo- ration of Dalian Fisheries University, from year 2002, which ensures and improves the quality of agricultural extension masters training and finally summarized the practical experience.
