摘　　要：在化学实验教学中心推行研究生助教助管制度,有利于提高实验教学中心的教学质量与管理水平。在此着重探讨在高等农林院校化学实验教学中心推行研究生助教助管制度的迫切性、必要性和可行性,以及面临的主要困难、问题和解决对策。To carry out the graduates teaching and managing assistant system at the center of chemistry experiment teaching （ CCET ） is beneficial for improving teaching quality and management level. The article focuses not only on the urgency, necessity and feasibility, but also the main difficulties, problems and strategies faced in implemeting graduates teaching and managing assistant system at CCET in academy of higher education on agriculture and forestry.
