摘 要:目的探索建立综合性参与式传染病健康教育模式,评价综合性健康教育措施对某综合院校非医科大学生传染病相关知识的改善效果。方法通过自编教材、讲义,开设选修课、课堂咨询和讨论、专家讲座、征文比赛、专业网站/论坛交流与讨论、学生科研等综合性参与式健康教育措施,对某综合院校3个校区非医科本科生进行传染病健康教育,结束后采用结构式问卷调查大学生1 582名,其中接受健康教育大学生958名,未接受健康教育大学生624名,比较两组学生传染病相关知识知晓率。结果课程和讲座效果良好,非医科大学生表现积极,踊跃参与互动。未接受健康教育组平均得分(14.98±2.35)分,接受健康教育组得分(17.79±2.05)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论综合性参与式传染病健康教育模式能提高学生传染病知识水平,效果良好。ObjectiveTo establish a comprehensive health education model of communicable diseases and evaluate the effect of comprehensive health education to improve knowledge of diseases in non-medical students.MethodsA comprehensive communicable diseases health education was implemented through a series of participatory integrated measures(compiling teaching materials and books,setting up elective courses,classroom consultation and discussion,expert lectures,essay competitions,website/forum discussion,scientific research for undergraduate student,et al.) among the non-medical undergraduates from three schools in a university.At the end of health education,a total of 1 582 students were investigated with a structured questionnaire,of which 958 students received health education and the other 624 ones did not.Scores of infectious diseases knowledge were compared between the two groups.ResultsA series of participatory integrated measures proved to become effective,non-medical students were active,enthusiastic in the education program.The average score of the undergraduates not receiving health education was 14.98±2.35,and average score of those receiving health education was 17.79±2.05,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.01).ConclusionThe comprehensive communicable diseases health education model can effectively improve students'knowledge of communicable diseases.
