摘 要:目的了解农村地区中学生对艾滋病知识认识水平及学校开展艾滋病教育的现状,以便制定和开展符合农村地区中学生的健康教育工作。方法选择贵州省安龙县和印江县共5所乡级中学的学生963名作为研究对象,采用自制调查问卷以匿名方式统一进行调查。结果中学生对艾滋病三大典型传播途径的答对率较高,但对非典型传播途径和艾滋病的流行情况等较专业知识的答对率普遍较低,且不同学校、不同年级之间的答对率差异有统计学意义(P值均<0.01)。结论应针对农村中学生的艾滋病知识的薄弱环节进行健康教育,增强艾滋病健康教育专(兼)职教师素质培训,加强同伴教育,提高预防艾滋病相关知识教育的深度和广度。ObjectiveTo investigate AIDS knowledge among students in rural areas,and the status of AIDS health education in school,for developing AIDS health education which is appropriate for the students in rural areas.MethodsAll the students in 5 rural high schools in Anlong County and Yinjiang County were selected as participants.Self-designed questionnaire were implemented anonymously.ResultsRate of correctness of three typical routes of transmission of AIDS was high,but the awareness of atypical routes of transmission and epidemic of AIDS was relatively low.Correctness rate in different schools or grades were of significant difference(P〈0.01).ConclusionAIDS health education in rural schools should focus on the weakness of AIDS knowledge among students,professional teachers training and AIDS peer education,aiming to improve the depth and breadth of AIDS prevention.
