摘  要:经济全球化必然带来教育国际化。白俄罗斯较发达的高等教育及国际化水平对推进新疆高等教育国际化战略发展很有启迪和借鉴意义。在当前,为满足新疆跨越式发展和长治久安战略实施对高层次、国际化人才的需求,还需在特色品牌质量、以人为本的理念、加大开放度、教育国际化战略、学生研究能力与创新能力培养、管理理念和管理方式的转变、科学研究的国际交流、高等教育国际合作平台建设、国际化人才培养、提高与周边国家高等教育交流合作水平等一系列问题上下功夫。还需要国家重视开展与中亚和欧洲国家高校的国际合作,并加大对新疆高等教育开展国际合作的支持力度,加强对高校国际合作协议落实情况的督促检查。Economic globalization certainly brings about educational internationalization,so the better-developed higher education and international standard bears significance of enlightenment on the promotion of Xinjiang's higher education internationalizing strategy.At present,in order to realize Xinjiang's striding progress and long-term stability strategy to demand international-perspective senior talents,effort needs to be made on a series of issues on featured brand quality,human-based concept,further opening-up,educational internationalization,students academic performance and innovative capability cultivation,management concept and mode shift,international cooperation on scientific experiment,construction on the platform of international cooperation for higher education,international-perspective talents training and further communication and cooperation of higher education with neighboring countries.The country also needs to stress international cooperation with the institutions of higher education in central Asia and Europe,intensify its support for the international cooperation of Xinjiang's higher education and supervision and check of the implementation of the agreement on international cooperation.
