中西医结合治疗中晚期非小细胞肺癌

摘　　要：目的观察扶正抗癌方配合GP方案化疗治疗中、晚期非小细胞肺癌的临床疗效。方法治疗组30例中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者采用陈光伟教授自拟的扶正抗癌方配合GP方案进行化疗,单纯采用GP方案进行化疗,并采用WHO实体瘤的近期疗效评定和中医疗效总评价计量。结果按实体瘤疗效评价标准2组疗效比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),按中医疗效评价治疗组的有效率和稳定率均高于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论以扶正抗癌方配合GP方案化疗治疗中、晚期非小细胞肺癌其疗效优于单纯化疗对照组,并可以显著改善中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者的主要中医证候,提高生活质量。Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of Fuzheng Kangaifang combined with GP chemotherapy regimen in treatment of middle and later period non-cellule lung cancer. Methods 30 patients with middle and later period non-cellule lung cancer in treatment group were treated with Fuzheng Kangaifang combined with GP chemotherapy regimen.Simultaneously,30 patients in control group were treated with GP chemotherapy regimen only.The data was calculated by the WHO entity lump curative effect evaluation and the overall response evaluation of TCM-OES. Results According to the entity lump curative effect evaluation criteria,there were no significant difference in effects between both groups（P〈0.05）.According to the overall response of TCM-OES,both the effective rate and the index of stability in treatment group were higher than that in control group（P〉0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of Fuzheng Kangaifang combined with the GP chemotherapy regimen surpass that of pure chemotherapy in treatment of middle and later period non-cellule lung cancer,and it may obviously improve the main Chinese medicine symptom of patients with middle and later period non-cellule lung cancer,enhance the quality of life.
