摘  要:如何培养高素质的数控人才是教育工作者不得不面对的重要问题。机械工程实践中心在全校学生的实践教学环节中起着重要作用,其开放性实验管理体制为学生根据兴趣选择实验提供了条件。充分利用现有实验平台,设计出高质量的综合性数控加工实验,是培养高素质人才的关键。以UG和FANUC数控系统为软硬件平台,设计出了包含数控加工过程各个环节的开放性数控加工实验供学生选择,取得了良好教学效果。How to cultivate high quality persons in CNC field is an important problem which educators have to face. The mechanical engineering center for practice (MECFP) , whose open experiment managing system provides the students with conditions that they can choose to do their favorite experiments, plays a vital role in practicing teaching for the whole university. It is a key factor in training high-quality persons that current experimenal platforms are used fully and highquality all-round CNC machining experiments are designed. an open all-round CNC machining experiment including all Based on UG software and FANUC CNC system hardware, links of CNC machining was designed. As a consequence, excellent teaching effects have been obtained.
