摘　　要：目的研究1,25-二羟维生素D3[1,25(OH)2D3]联合塞莱昔布对乳腺癌细胞株HS578T生长的影响。方法采用四唑氮蓝比色(MTT)法检测细胞增殖,免疫组化法检测Ki-67表达变化。结果 10-7mol/L、10-8mol/L的1,25(OH)2D3及塞莱昔布(50μmol/L)均可抑制乳腺癌细胞增殖,呈时间与剂量依赖性。免疫组化结果显示各药物处理组细胞Ki-67表达率与对照组比较明显减低。结论 1,25(OH)2D3对HS578T细胞的体外增殖具有抑制作用,联合塞莱昔布具有协同作用。Objective To study the effects of combined 1,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3[1,25（OH）2D3]and Celecoxib on the proliferation in breast cancer cell line HS578T.Methods We compared cell numbers by using MTT method,The expression of Ki-67 was detected by immunohistochemical method.Results Incubation with 10-7mol/L and 10-8mol/L1,25（OH）2D3,Hs578T cells exhibited significant growth inhibition,The immunohistochemical staining showed that the expression rate of Ki-67 protein was down-regulated in any treatemnt group compared to normal group.Conclusion 1,25（OH）2D3 and Celecoxib could inhibit the proliferation and induce apoptosis of breast cancer cell line HS578T.
