摘 要:目的 通过观察 T G F- β1 在腭裂形成及腭突正常发育中的表达改变, 探讨其在腭突不同生长时期的作用。方法 利用建立的腭裂模型, 用原位杂交技术检测 T G F- β1 在m R N A 转录水平的变化。结果 T G Fβ1在正常组 R N A 表达比相同腭突生长期的腭裂组明显增高( P < 0 .01) 。正常组小鼠腭突发育至接触融合期, T G F- β1 R N A 表达与垂直期、上抬期之间也均有显著差异( P< 0 .01) 。垂直期与上抬期之间无差异( P> 0 .05) 。结论 T G F- β1 是腭突间充质细胞增殖的正向调控分子。腭突发育后期, T G F- β1 对腭间充质细胞生长并趋于分化的调控作用明显增强。Objective To investigate the mRNA expression of TGF β in different developmental stage of mouse palate and in the formation of cleft palate. Methods The mRNA transcription of TGF-β 1 in the normal developmental palate and established cleft palate were observed by in situ hybridization method. Results The expression of TGF -β 1 was increased in the late stage of normal development of palate. Another interesting finding was that the expression of TGF-β 1 in the normal development of mouse palate was significantly higher than in the cleft palate during the same stage (P< 0.01 ). Conclusion The expression of TGF-β 1 is associated with the proliferation of mesenchymal cell and the growth of palate. TGF-β 1 is also a critical factor in inducing mesenchymal cell differentiation.
