双套冠及杆附着体式覆盖义齿的咀嚼功能研究

摘　　要：目的　通过对戴用杆式附着体及双套冠式覆盖义齿患者的咀嚼功能进行研究， 为合理地进行覆盖义齿的设计提供理论依据。方法　选择十名适宜患者进行利用杆式附着体或双套冠技术增加固位的覆盖义齿修复，然后通过咀嚼效率的测定、咀嚼运动轨迹的描记、肌电图检查、义齿固位力的测试等手段， 对覆盖义齿修复后患者的咀嚼功能进行观察， 同时与其他学者报告的总义齿测试结果进行对比。结果　杆式附着体及双套冠式覆盖义齿恢复咀嚼功能好于普通总义齿。结论　杆式附着体及双套冠式覆盖义齿是一种理想的修复形式。Objective This study observed the masticatory function of the patients using telescope and bar attachment overdentures. Methods Ten subjects were selected and treated with bar attachment or telescope overdenture. They were examined by sirognathograph, electromyography, and measured the retention and the masticatory performance. Results After four weeks of wearing, compared to the results from the patients using complete denture, we found that: The patients using overdentures adapted easier and had better masticatory function than those using complete dentures. Conclusion The bar attachment and the telescopic overdentures are ideal types of prostheses.
