摘　　要：高校自设创业扶持基金运行机制已经初步建立,但还存在投入与退出机制不科学、引导示范作用不强、管理方式不合理、相关规章体系不健全等问题,需要我们构建更加科学合理的项目评价体系和退出模式、提升创业服务能力、实施创业失败扶助计划。The operation mechanism of venture supporting fund established by the college has taken shape.There are still some problems like unscientific investment and withdrawal mechanism,weak guiding and exemplary role,unreasonable management and imperfect regulations,etc.,which needs us to establish more scientific and reasonable project evaluation system and withdrawal mode,to improve venture service ability and to carry out the plan of supporting venture failure.
