摘 要:为了提供大学生在校学习表现的评估工具,基于文献分析和开放式调查,笔者编制了大学生学业勤奋度问卷,并施测351名大学生。运用相关分析、探索性因素分析及信度分析方法考察问卷的心理测量学性能。把大学生学业勤奋度解构为目标监控、时间投入、任务承诺和持恒性4个维度,全问卷的α系数和分半信度系数分别为0.929和0.863,各分问卷的信度均在0.781以上,各分问卷与总问卷之间的相关为0.750~0.858,各分问卷之间的相关为0.454~0.639。结果是自编的大学生学业勤奋度问卷具有较好的心理测量学性能。In order to have a tool to reflect the academic diligence of college students,the author designs a questionnaire based on the literature analysis and in-deep interview,and tests it to 351 college students.Such methods as correlation analysis,exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis are analyzed for examining the psychometric indexes of ADI.Four principal components of academic diligence are selected,which could be called target monitoring,time investment,task commitment and persistence.Internal consistency reliability and split-half reliability of total scale are 0.929 and 0.863.Reliability of each subscale is above 0.781.Correlation coefficient between subscales and total scale ranges from 0.750 to 0.858,and that among subscales ranges from 0.454 to 0.639.The conclusion is that psychometric properties of ADI for college students are satisfactory enough.
