摘　　要：目的:探讨中医脏腑病机术语标准化研究方法。方法:界定病机的内涵和外延,总结当前脏腑病机部分存在概念过大、病机表述繁杂、用词多端等问题,检索和挖掘中医文献中脏腑术语,形成术语讨论稿,专家函调法论证并修改,完成中医脏腑病机术语标准初稿。结果:总结出"脏腑病机术语标准(初稿)"形成的思路与方法,为临床相关研究作出示范。结论:通过文献研究和专家函调,形成脏腑病机术语标准的方法是可行的。Objective：To investigate the methods of standardization TCM Terminology of Zangfu pathogenesis.Methods：The connotation and extension of pathogenesis were defined,summarized that some of the current concept of the pathogenesis are too large,complex multiterminal,retrieval and excavation terms in TCM literature,the term discussion paper were discussed by delphi method,and modified to complete the Chinese draft Standard Terminology of ZangFu pathogenesis.Results：Ideas and methods of the summary of the Standard Terminology of ZangFu pathogenesis（draft）,as a model for clinical research,were established.Conclusion：The literature research and delphi methods that formating ZangFu pathogenesis terminology standard is feasible.
