摘　　要：对食品学科本科毕业论文(设计)过程中的选题、学生查阅英文文献能力的提高、实验过程中问题的解决、数据造假行为及抄袭剽窃行为的杜绝、论文格式的规范、学生应变能力及语言表达能力的提高、成绩评定标准的建立等方面进行了探讨.Explored such aspects in graduate thesis （design） as the topic selection, the enhancement of ability of looking up English literatures of students, the ability of solving problems of students in experiment process, the elimination of plagiarism, the standardization of thesis format, the enhancement of response ability and the expression ability of students, and the establishment of standard of assessment of marks.
