摘　　要：目的探讨原发性三叉神经痛及面肌痉挛的有效的治疗方法。方法对本组患者行耳后小切口微血管减压术。结果原发性三叉神经痛及面肌痉挛行微血管减压术后98%的患者疼痛及面肌抽搐得到缓解,疗效满意。结论微血管减压术是治疗原发性三叉神经痛及面肌痉挛的首选方法 。Objective To explore the effective treatment methods of original trigeminal neuralgia and hemifacial spasm. Methods We performed operations of microvascular decompressions for 40 patients with original trigeminal neuralgia and hemifacial spasm through little cutting edges After ear. Results The effective rate is 98%, curative effect is satisfied. Conclusion Micrevascular decompressions for original trigeminal neuralgia and hemifacial spasm is the method of first selection.
