摘 要:为研究金银花挥发油的闪式提取条件及卷烟中的应用价值,采用响应面法分析并优化金银花挥发油的闪式提取工艺,选取提取电压,提取时间和液料比为随机因子,在单因素试验的基础上,根据Box-Benhnken中心组合方法进行3因素3水平的试验设计,以金银花挥发油得率为响应值,进行响应面分析(RSA);并对金银花挥发油进行单料卷烟加香试验。结果表明:提取电压为151.61V,提取时间为45.16s,液料比为9.77:1为金银花挥发油提取的最佳工艺条件;在此工艺条件下金银花挥发油得率可达到0.1756%,拟合得到的模型较好地符合实际。闪式提取法是一种高效、快速提取金银花挥发油的方法。卷烟加香也表明:金银花挥发油具有改善和修饰卷烟香气、增加清香香韵、减轻刺激性的作用。金银花挥发油可用于卷烟加香。Technology optimization for extracting essential oil from flos lonicera by homogenate extraction and its application in cigarette. The homogenate extraction technique of essential oil from flos lonicera was analyzed and optimized by response surface method . Extracting voltage, extracting time and the ratio of liquid to solid were selected as causal factors. Base on the single factor experiments, a three-factor-three-level experiment design had been developed by Box-Benhken central composite design method. The yield of essential oil was used as the responsive values. The response surface method was employed to analyze the results of experiments. The oil was added into cigarettes as a flavor. The results indicated that the optimum conditions for essential oil are as follows, extracting voltage of 151.61 V, extracting time of 15.16 s and the ratio of liquid to solid of 9.77:1. Under such conditions, the extraction rate of essential oil was up to 0.1756%. The optimized model by RSM accords with the practice. The essential oil of different concentration was added to cigarette and tasted. The results showed that the essential oil can significantly reduce the harshness, augment the faint fragrance, and improve the taste of cigarette smoke. The experimental values agreed with the predicted values . Homogenate extraction was proved to be a kind of efficient and rapid method for extraction of the essential oil from flos lonicera. The essential oil of flos lonicera can be used as a cigarette flavoring.
