经肛双管冲洗引流在防治低位结直肠吻合口漏中的应用

摘　　要：为探讨防治低位结直肠吻合口漏的方法．回顾性分析应用经肛内吻合口上下双管引流法防治低位结直肠吻合口漏71例的资料。结果显示，发生吻合口漏2例，创口感染3例，1例自动出院，其余患者均一期愈合出院。结果表明，应用经肛双管冲洗引流防治低位结直肠吻合口漏是安全可行的。The clinical data of 71 patients undergone transanal double catheter washing and drainage（TDC- WD） ,were analyzed retrospectively so as to explore a more effective method for prevention and treatment of low colorectal anastomotic stoma leakage. As results, anastomotic stoma leakage occured in 2 cases, wound infection in 3 cases,and one patient left the hospital by himself uncured ;the rest were all primarily healed and discharged. It is concluded that TDCWD is safe and feasible.
