分配正义与政府管理价值导向之重塑

摘　　要：运用马克思主义基本原理对罗尔斯的正义原则进行批评借鉴,可以为我国当前和谐社会理念下政府管理价值导向的重塑提供理论资源。当前我国政府管理价值导向应以公平与效率的辩证关系为基础,有效保护公民的基本权利,在初次分配中追求机会公平、竞争条件公平,在再次分配中追求实质的公平。Making a critical use of the Justice Theory of Rawls by applying the basic principles of Marxism,may provide theoretical resources for the readjustment of the government management value orientation in accordance with the idea of society harmony.The paper believes that the value orientation of the current administration should protect citizens＇ basic rights effectively on the basis of the dialectical relationship between fairness and efficiency.Fairness should be emphasized in chances and competitive conditions in the process of the initial distribution while in the redistribution the essence of justice should be stressed.
