摘 要:目的:建立菊苣多糖的含量测定方法。方法:采用紫外-可见分光光度法测定菊苣总糖、菊苣还原糖含量,计算得菊苣多糖的含量。结果:菊苣总糖含量测定中,果糖在0.006~0.016 mg/mL范围呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=6.108X-0.026 6(r=0.999 1);菊苣还原糖含量测定中,果糖在0.06~0.11 mg/mL范围呈良好的线性关系,回归方程为Y=1.515 2X-0.258 9(r=0.999 2)。结论:本方法能简便有效的定量研究菊苣多糖,可用于完善菊苣药材的质量标准。AIM:To establish the mensuration of Herba Cichorii polysaccharide content.METHODS:Herba Cichorii polysaccharide total polysaccharide,and reducing sugar content in Herba Cichorii were determined through UV-VIS absorption spectrometry.RESULTS:Fructose in total polysaccharide was linear with its absorbance in the range of 0.006 mg/mL-0.016 mg/mL,and the regression equation was Y = 6.108X-0.026 6(r = 0.999 1).Fructose in reducing sugar was linear with its absorbance in the range of 0.06 mg/mL-0.11 mg/mL,and the re-gression equation was Y =1.515 2X-0.258 9(r =0.999 2).CONCLUSION:The method of measuring polysac-charide content in Herba Cichorii is convenient and effective,and can be used for the quality standard of Herba Ci-chorii.
