摘　　要：抓住东部产业转移的机遇,加快贵州民族地区农村人力资源开发是促进民族地区经济社会发展的必然选择。贵州民族地区人力资源开发还存在行业分布不均,思想意识落后、纪律观念淡漠等问题。加大民族地区基础教育投入,完善职业教育与培训的投入机制,改革技能人才的培养模式,优化发展环境,改革二元户籍制度是加快民族地区农村人力资源开发的途径。It is the inevitable choice.of promoting the ethnic economic and social development to seize the opportunity of the eastern industrial transfer and to speed up human resources development in rural areas in Guizhou.Human resource developments are still unevenly distributed and ideology is backward with little discipline.Putting More Investment in basic education in minority areas,improving investment system in vocational education and training,reforming skills training mode,the dual household registration system and optimizing the development environment are the solutions to accelerate the development of the ethnic human resources in rural areas.
