纤维桩加氧化铝全瓷冠修复前牙冠折的临床观察与分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨纤维桩加全瓷冠修复前牙冠折的临床疗效。方法:选取39例45颗已完善根管治疗后的患牙,采用3M公司生产的纤维桩和氧化铝全瓷冠进行修复,观察修复后的效果。结果:经过最长时间为2年的临床观察,在45颗患牙中,3例桩冠脱落,1例切端崩瓷,成功率为91%,且所有患者均对美观效果很满意。结论:对于完善根冠治疗后的前牙冠折,只要严格操作程序,使用纤维桩加全瓷冠能达到理想的实用和美观效果。Objective：To evaluate the clinical effect on the incisor teeth fracture with fibre post and all - ceramic crown. Methods：45 incisor teeth which have received perfect canal root therapy were restored by fibre post and all - ceramic crown. Conclusion： After half to two years observation, there were 4 cases failed, one was ceramic fi＇acture, the others were falling of the post. The successful rate is 91%. Most important is that all patients were very satisfied with the aesthetic effect. Concluslon：Fibre post combined with all - ceramic crow is an effective and performable way to incisor teeth fracture.
