手用镍钛锉与K锉预备根管后充填Guttaflow常温流动牙胶的体外效果观察

摘　　要：目的体外观察Protaper手用法预备和K锉预备的根管后使用注射式常温牙胶充填系统(GuttaFlow)充填的根尖封闭性比较。方法 30颗离体人上下颌前磨牙,随机分为两组,截冠开髓拔髓,按照Protaper及K锉的使用要求进行根管预备,至F3,干燥根管,Guttaflow充填根管,直接观察超充情况,X线片评价整体的充填效果,透明牙法观察根尖渗漏情况。结果 Protaper组10个根管中有2个出现少量牙胶超充。K锉组10个根管中有3个出现少量牙胶超充。X线示Protaper组及K锉组未见欠充,与管壁未见明显空隙,可充填进入侧支根管,Protaper组根管三维形态优于K锉组。结论使用Pro-taper与K锉均能预备根管简便快速,根管形态良好,有可能出现牙胶超充,但超出量较少,根管能获得良好的封闭性。Objective To observe the root tip closure of Guttalow after diferent root canal preparation by Protaper and K file in vitro.Methods The crowns were removed at the CEJ from 30 maxillary molars extracted from humans.The 20 roots were prepared by Protaper to F3,which means the master file was equal to 30# K file.The root canals were dried,then were obturated by injecting Guttaflow.The overfilling of Guttaflow was observed with naked eyes.The obturations were evaluated by digital X-rays.Results 2 root canals had gutta overfilled（group Guttaflow）,and 3 root canals had overfilled（group K-File）.X-ray showed that there was no underfilling or no visible space between Guttaflow and the wall of the canal at two groups.Transparent method showed there was significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion It would be easier and better to prepare the root canal with Protaper and K file.Guttaflow might be overfilled.but the overfilling is just a little Root canal can obtain good closure.
