摘　　要：五禽戏是医学院校传统保健体育教学的重要内容之一,也是中医养生的重要组成部分。本文试从加强理论学习、了解其特点和多种教学方法三个方面作了简单的阐述,以便学生尽快掌握其动作要领。Five animal exercise is one of the most important traditional health care sports teaching content in medical college,it＇ s also an significant part of TCM regimen.In order to help the students grip the exercise more easily,this work try to introduce it as follow three aspects：strengthen the theory study,understand its characteristics and get variety teaching methods.
