摘　　要：高校应把健康教育作为体育教学的主要内容,树立"健康第一"的思想,体育教学中应加强体育与健康课理论知识的教学,提高学生的健康意识,引导学生崇尚健康向上的生活方式。Colleges and Universities should take health education as the main content of physical education,set up the idea of health first,and enhance theoretical konwledge education of sports and health,in order to improver heath conscious of the students and guide them to a healthy living style.
