摘  要:目的:探讨慢性铅暴露儿童的机体氧化应激水平。方法:采用石墨炉原子吸收光谱法,检测贵屿镇118名3~7岁儿童血铅浓度;ELISA免疫酶联吸附法检测尿液中8-羟基脱氧鸟苷(8-OHdG)水平。结果:贵屿镇儿童血铅均值为(8.2±3.5)μg/dL,将血铅水平按四分位数分成4组进行统计学处理,与0.0~5.9μg/dL组尿中8-OHdG水平比,5.9~7.4与9.4~21.6μg/dL组明显增高(P<0.05)。结论:慢性铅暴露儿童尿液中8-OHdG水平的升高,表明儿童机体处于较高的氧化应激状态,对儿童生长发育会造成一定的伤害。Objective: To investigate the oxidative stress level in children with chronic lead exposure.Methods: The blood and urine samples were collected from 118 children in Guiyu town,the blood lead level was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry.The urine analysis for 8-hydroxy-2′-deoxyguanosine(8-OHdG)was performed by commercial ELISA kit.Results: The blood lead level of 118 children was(8.2±3.5)μg/dL.According to the blood lead level,the study group was divided by quartile.Compared with 0.0~5.9 μg/dL group,a significant increase of 8-OHdG level in urine was observed in 5.9~7.4 and 9.4~21.6 μg/dL groups.Conclusion: Lead exposure can affect 8-OHdG level in urine in children,suggesting an increase of oxidative stress level in children with a higher blood lead level which might be harmful for children's development.
